Our first career site was launched in 1998 out of the realization that the online job market needed targeted and specialized jobsites.  Most generic online job boards focus only on being the biggest and pay little attention to their content.  As such, we decided that a change in direction was needed.    

Hiring managers don’t need more applications to their job… they just need better applications.  We believe that smaller; more efficient career sites produce better hiring results.  Our goal is to produce highly-effective job sites with leaner and more relevant content than the large general job sites that have thousands of jobs and even more jobseekers.
